Angie Fruge

There is a desire within Angie to continuously learn how the body works mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and she intends to share what she's learned with you. Through Yoga she found her breath, her voice and a loving nature. By slowing down and going deeper within, this ignited a journey of self exploration. With her Personal Training Certification through NASM, she has learned that muscles can become overactive which can be caused by poor posture, stress, repetitive movement, or injury and how to correct those muscular imbalances. Pilates has taught her mind body awareness to move with control by recruiting stabilizing muscles– allowing our bodies to move in synergy for the purpose of longevity.
